Microsoft Inspire Speaker Nomination Form is now open

Dear IAMCP Colleagues,
The Microsoft Inspire Speaker Nomination Form is now open. This online form will allow Partners and Microsoft Subject Matter Experts to submit a session and speaker nomination for consideration at Microsoft Inspire.
The tool will close on Friday, April 13, 2018.
Below are the next steps/deadlines related to the Community Hub speaking opportunity:

Friday, March 16
Speaker Nomination Tool open – Nominate yourself or someone you know to speak!

Friday, April 13
Speaker Nomination Tool closes

Monday, April 16
Microsoft Inspire team will review submissions

Friday, April 20
Microsoft will communicate decision to submission owners
Detailed informational will be requested from content owners
For those selected, Microsoft may request revisions

Friday, April 27
Submission owners return revisions to Chelsea Hewitt
Thursday, May 3
Submission owners will provide final revisions

Monday, May 14
Sessions will be available to book in the session catalog

The Community Hub has 9 proposed topics for both the theater content and hot topic lounges for 2018:

  • Artificial Intelligence
    Diversity + Inclusion
    Big Data
    Internet of Things (IoT)
    Security (including GDPR)
    Partnering with Microsoft
    Partner-to-Partner (P2P)
    Skilling or Training
    Marketing/Social selling

Prometheus Award 2017

Each year the IAMCP provides an opportunity for Partners to recognize the Microsoft staff that work with them

It is my pleasure to reach you again to follow up on the Prometheus Awards process for Microsoft Inspire 2017.

 Our process is just starting and everything is in place now.

Hearing aid App helps students

The Petralex App by IAMCP members recognized as one of the best hearing aid Apps for education.

The article by Saketh Sharma, Nitya Tiwari, and Prem C. Pandey in the “Int. Conf. on Intelligent Human Computer Interaction” proceedings describes among others the Petralex smartphone App as a hearing aid – the product of the IAMCP members – IT4You (www.petralex.pro)
